Millennial Church

Updated: Feb 6

Research has shown that the Millennial generation has left the church altogether, placing the congregations in great peril because there is no life sustaining the church. The Randle Report released an article of America’s Epidemic of Empty Churches and it says:

Many of our nation’s churches can no longer afford to maintain their structures—between 6,000 and 10,000 churches die each year in America—and that number will likely grow.

Though more than 70 percent of our citizens still claim to be Christian, congregational participation is less central to many American’s faith than it once was. Most denominations are declining as a share of the overall population, and donations to congregations have been falling for decades.

Meanwhile, religiously unaffiliated Americans, nicknamed the “nones,” are growing as a share of the U.S. population. (Shelley Jo Jacobs)

If you had the opportunity to build a church by design for this day and time and ensure that it maintain growth and vitality; what type of church would you like to see?

If you could build a church by design what style of worship would it be?

Your thoughts are valid!!
